Tyler B. Jones serves as the Communications Director for the Mississippi Center for Public Policy. In this role, Tyler aims to raise the profile of MCPP to the public, as well as manage all digital media and produce content to engage viewers.
Although born in Memphis, Tennessee, Tyler considers herself a native Mississippian, having lived here since she was five years old. She has great pride and love for Mississippi and longs to improve the state for the better.
Tyler studied journalism and public relations at the University of Southern Mississippi and received a Master of Public Policy and Administration degree from Mississippi State University. During her time at MSU, Tyler worked as a bureau news reporter for The Commercial Dispatch, covering Starkville and Oktibbeha County local government.
Tyler is passionate about education reform, free speech, and defending the safety and integrity of law enforcement. Along with making Jesus the number one priority in her life, she enjoys playing piano, singing, and loving on her dog, Jarvis.
