Anika Page is the Director of Operations for the Mississippi Center for Public Policy. In this role, she oversees the organization’s internal operations, communications, and marketing strategy, while assisting the CEO in development administration, high-level planning, and day-to-day management. She manages employee onboarding, HR, compliance, and financial systems, bringing structure and efficiency to every part of the organization. Drawing on her professional background in banking, Anika has strengthened MCPP’s accounting and financial processes, ensuring long-term sustainability and transparency.

Beyond operations, Anika leads MCPP’s communications and marketing efforts, directing campaigns, social media strategy, and messaging that connects policy to people across Mississippi. A hallmark of her work has been developing the Mississippi Leadership Academy, which she designed as both a leadership program and a pipeline for the next generation. Through MSLA, students gain access to state and national leaders, build networks, and learn the skills needed to defend their beliefs with clarity and confidence. The program has become one of Anika’s signature initiatives and reflects her passion for equipping Mississippi’s future leaders.

In addition to her work at MCPP, Anika serves as the Director of Marketing & Public Relations for the Mississippi Young Republicans, where she oversees statewide communications, social media, and event promotion. In this role, she helps connect young conservatives across Mississippi, highlight opportunities for involvement, and build momentum for the next generation of civic leadership.

Originally from Alaska, Anika moved to Mississippi shortly after Hurricane Katrina and now lives in Brandon with her husband, Kelly, and their three children, Swayzie, Rhett, and Sunny. Outside of her policy work, she is also the owner of Darling Stitchery, a hand embroidery business specializing in heirloom pieces, where she channels her creativity into crafting timeless keepsakes.
